Rivers that roar

Somehow, (and I swear to god I will never understand how Medium works), I began a blog months ago. Readers checked in.

Thank you more than you will ever know.

That first blog, which I had assumed was just for that day, I called Very Unpopular Strong Opinions Blog, or VUSOB.

I write for some resolute publications. But, this seemed a one-shot to blow off some steam and write in a more colloquial, creative, voice.

All my other articles plumb more serious depths, about climate, science, political participation, saving democracy, healing, biology, and the open business of discussing how sociology and psychology, and especially ecopsychology, impact our society and world.

Medium offers torrents of thought, from incoherent babbling brooks to mighty streams of wisdom, the latter of which, sadly, seems to be drying up in our modern world.
