A false equivalency here. Mopping the floor allows a person to accomplish something. Getting something done is gratifying. Having sex without any gratification makes no sense.

Men have orgasms at most every encounter. Women do not. Women have ginormous risks to body and to reputation. Men do not.

That said, women and men can get emotional and physical pleasure just by insisting on it.
