A major flaw, and cause of conflict, is that some people work but are not paid for the work. Thus, others (spouses) see this is not fair, and resentment happens. Although the patriarchy remains strong, many men and women have begun to resent domination. Equality is also something that changes with each day. One day one person feels ahead, the next day, the other does. It is a balancing act, to achieve equality.
