Blogging At The End Of The World

Trying to move during the unraveling is hard.

Moving (relocation) is hard. Also, moving hearts and minds is even harder.

Here is my latest blog. It’s about leaks. It’s about rain. It’s about pigs. It’s about fires. Falling trees, loss, and starting over.

It’s about ecopsychology, and yes, I do realize most of you don’t know what that is quite yet.

It’s this: our collective human psyche trying to reconnect to the Nature — to which we belong — before we destroy it all.

Around the world people are on the move. Refugees, asylum seekers, war survivors. That is not us… yet.

We are western and privileged.

But that doesn’t mean we don’t hurt. Or see the writing on the wall and want to “Tear Down That Wall!!” or “Build Back Better!!”

Maybe stop divisive hate, inequality, inequity? Maybe, a wall of love?
