Correction: CHOP, the Seattle designation was chosen to highlight Capital Hill Organized PROTEST. The Protest was against brutality. I spent the summer there, and feeding the hungry, providing medicines, and drum circles ruled. There were no guillotines, or even tasteless jokes about them.
