Good work. Emotions are in the physical body: crying, knotted stomach, tension, back ache, etc.

Feelings are those attitudes--thoughts we form long term-- based on discomfort of our emotions.

Our language habits are lazy, and people often say feelings when they mean emotion, and vice versa.

Either way, knowing the ephemeral nature of both emotions and feelings is VERY useful.
