Great article with some important points. However, there is no simple fact that men want sex more than women. Women and men usually want to be wanted, but society only shames women for wanting that. In nature, rape does occur, in war rape does occur, but our human brains are big enough to choose decent behavior. In ancient times, slaves and trafficking were more acceptable. Now they are illegal, but there are more slaves, trafficked, and other, than at any other time in history. It just moved underground.

Finally, oppression and exploitation is a choice. Choosing to be a survivor can also be influenced by choice. Most of us women have been raped more than once, (esp. strippers and prostitutes) even though it is just dawning upon many, (especially older ladies) that we accepted atrocious behavior . We know better now. We want to do better now. And most of all, domination can be shamed, rather than people being shamed.
