Here in the PNW, we have a "mini-drought" going. People over water, and a few let the grass naturally dry out. It is arbitrary as to HOA lawn care enforcement, but it drives me crazy when I see people waste water while the surrounding forests and prairie are suffering.

All this MUST change in our lifetime.
