Sauce for the goose and suet for the gander

My spouse (SOS — significant other spouse, pronounced ‘sauce’) and I, give one another presents that are for the birds. These are often our largest expenditures on any given holiday.

They are an investment with many returns.

In 2022, for my birthday, we got a birdbath.

For his birthday, we got the solar gear and all the goodies to collect the sunshine and put it in our hearts. Our fountain bath can bubble and flow, thanks to how energy and sunlight work to move the world.

A birdbath and a bird feeder are wonderful ways to find we still belong to our resilient place on Earth.

For Christmas, we give each other huge bags of bird seeds. Also, leftover pancakes, cereal, and cookie crumbs.

And seeds to plant more trees, flowers, shrubs, and vital cover and habitat.
