Human psychology is the biggest focus in ecopsychology, because humans put human's first, and don't understand our ecology.

Also, Corporate welfare for the elite and wealthy is costly to all people and planet. It's why we subsidize our polluters with huge tax costs gifted to them.

This global cost is more a question of our unwillingness to see ourselves precisely because we are social, (not inherently selfish) and need to see our goodness. See T.S. below...
