I am an Ecopsychologist. I treat people with anxiety through immersion in nature. I am curious as to whether it is outside, or whether it is people, that bring on the anxiety. (not just people outside )

I notice you are working on it, and doing all the right things. If possible go appreciate a tree, song bird, pond, sky, whatever nature makes your life sustained.
