I am very much a patriot. I fly our flag, I believe we can aspire to be a more inclusive nation for equality and justice. I am a recovering 'christian,' too, meaning I believe in love, not hate.

Let's not let those who divide us claim any of our best words: patriot, freedom, choice, B----, "great", green, or woke.
