I'm not entirely sure if it was intended, but some of it seems to say that young women are not entitled to the simple joys of life: experimenting with appearance, presentation, flirting, kissing, or whatever is enjoyable to her. These are part of life, and the mature person is responsible for not exploiting them, or pushing privilege, not the young woman. As to actual assault, no one can say what is a grope, or suggestion, too far except the recipient.

A woman's body is HER body.
