Is There Still Time To Get Earth Back?
(Only a reading by the bold will get us our Earth Back — Great again!)
A reflection upon new laws to repeal the endangered species act

When Earth was young
And uninfected,
Nature knew no trash, but,
Trade was everywhere
Exquisite superior beings — grasses and moss —
And trees and scented sweet-peas
Reached each other creating all we need,
Traded light for life
Hearts beat to beasts and then became sapiens
Behavior went array. We invented, borders, guns
And more, like pollution, (but let’s go back to flowers)
Cubs, wolf pups, dazzling birds of paradise — some still, yet,
Kinship is lost, the money we invented eats it.
