I really appreciate it when thoughts light up the mind

Wildfire is catching on: a lot to say, a perfect name
Not just in California, where our crisis madness is aflame

I don’t always agree with Jessica, but she tells it like it is
Sometimes her pessimism punches right in the ribs

Or in our lying teeth, where we clench in our denial
Or we’re kicked in the brain, in need of makeover, and re-style

Jessica Wildfire inspires us, it’s also safe to say
If I sold stories as she does, I would write more everyday
