Love you JW, but it's not abundance (which is always nature's way) but a human sense of entitlement to waste such abundance which is our problem. I think you sort of said that.

Nature teaches that taking more than your share (waste) leads to suffering for those going without. The natural world is going extinct because people feel they are more special, more entitled, to waste. Greed, exploitation, racism, sexism, by many names-- we allow waste . Our ecopsychology must simply change to inclusion--sharing-- and belonging.
