What goes up, comes around again

The rocket-rapid year of 2022 is returning back to settle into the dust of the history books.

It was busy.

We fought COVID, and Putin, Politics, Pollution, Pundits, punks, populists, and Climate peril, but during all that time stuff continued to roll and sparkle all around us.

In space.

To get a little more down to earth, I think we should look up a bit more. We realize our mortality and our fragility when we do. We may realize our need to take care of each other, and this place.

You wouldn’t know it because everything was all abuzz here on Earth, but 2022 saw a great deal of advancement in space exploration, beginning with the launch of the James Webb Space Telescope and ending with a perfect plop down of the Orion rocket module of the Artemis moon mission.
