Most POTUS accusers did not report and that is my point. JFK, famously, was a rapist, and it was 'expected' as a private matter. Non-consent was not called rape until very recently. And there are degrees from harassment to assault.

As to most men, they are even less in the loop than women who don't know Non consent is rape.
