Nature can be explained by science and senses, so there is no contradiction in saying that the whole creation may be an intelligent God.

(just not our anthropcentric understanding of what is intelligent)

Whether we will ever know, or not, appreciating the creeation helps us--greatly--to protect each other and our home.

Religion? not so much.
