never heard of a woman who reports , and that includes every woman ever talked to about this. I hope you are right, it would mean things have drastically changed.

As a therapist (someone who hears secrets,) I could never be 100% convinced that women tell since they don't show any sign of her experience.

Then again, we may be talking about very different things, such as very brutal rape rather than non-consensual and everyday assault.
