There are Christians who shun some ‘sinners’ more than others

Although there is no mention of homosexuality as a sin (or even as a concept) in the Holy Bible, some people who call themselves devout take it upon themselves to avoid gay weddings.

Watching a few podcasts about such Satan and sin, I was aghast. Our only job, according to Jesus Christ — and a few other enlightened leaders — is to love one another, show compassion, know we are sinners, and try our very best. Don’t judge.

Homosexuality, by that or any name, is not forbidden by the Ten Commandments. Although the ancient bible does make clear that it is humiliating for a man to be treated as a woman must be — penetrated, owned, conquered, slain, and/or stolen — neither old nor new testament mentions same sex marriage as a sin.

In the outdated culture of the bronze age, women and other property were treated horrendously, but the radical messages of salvation and inclusion came to end that smote-ful, smite-happy, hot mess.
