thought provoking: Human beings grant "rights." We even give them to indigenous people, women, and animals. They are indeed, conceptual, but still real in that sense.

If there is a greater intelligence than ourselves, which some call GAIA, we can only assume. Also, if agency and free will matter, both are in dispute, even for the human self. Therefore, nature which is greater than the self, (but not separate) is a "life" organism beyond our ken.

100% neutral, but that does mean worthless.

100% joined to our neurons, but that doesn't mean we don't form mistaken ideas about exploiting for the short term.

100% in constant flux, but insistent of diversity.

We evolved for almost 200,000 years before separating so thoroughly, and we have lost something in the separation, and in becoming 8 billion. This is how ecopsychology sees it.
