Today, no nation, but multinational, tech bros are the new kings. Most women enslaved in factories ensure that just 1% of all wealth is owned worldwide by women. In addition to Capitalism, also nationalism (as in the Italy example) and industrialization have seen that we have more stuff--and trash--than family and community. When more men are feminists, more women can choose motherhood and be proud of it (or choose not!)
