What I like about ideas is to find such different perspectives. Mine: Teachers know that boys (at least young ones) are are more likely to have outbursts and anger/fight issues. Males learn to not express these emotions later on. Women, as mentioned, do express more emotion (as I mentioned) but do not feel heard, so exasperated, express it sometimes in counterproductive ways. This is what you see as contempt. As they are called names, like "Karen" when men are not, shows it is still socially unacceptable to express. BTW,
